Data-driven Insights from Visualization of Bibliometric Analysis on Consumer Purchase Decision

The development of scientific research in the area customer purchase decisions computer sciences is one most important areas study, accounting for 37.5% all publications and expanding steadily over time. Identifying possible interest significance this essential. Through bibliometric analysis, study aims to illustrate on buy decision. Using Scopus database's VOSviewer programme data analysis tool, was conducted. From 2002 2022, a total 519 consumer purchasing choice were retrieved from database. To show progression ideas discipline, co-citation co-word undertaken. Co-word found seven major themes decision work based commonly used keyword research, which are support system, decision, making, behavior, satisfactions, online reviews shopping. findings may help researchers understand nature related science across world suggest future directions.
